What does “Research Use Only” (RUO) mean?
RUO means a product is manufactured and sold exclusively for laboratory research, in vitro study, and other non-clinical applications. It is not approved by the FDA or any regulatory body for use in or on humans or animals, and it is not a drug, supplement, or consumer product.
Who can purchase from this Site?
Purchases are limited to individuals 21 years of age or older who are buying for legitimate laboratory research purposes and who attest to the research-use terms at checkout. This Site is not intended for consumers seeking products for personal use.
Why don’t you provide dosing or usage instructions?
Because our products are not intended for human or animal use, we do not provide dosing, administration, or “how to use” instructions of any kind. Any such information would be inconsistent with the RUO status of these products and applicable law.
Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
Yes. We use third-party testing for purity and identity, and COAs are posted on each product page as batch results are received. If a COA isn’t posted yet for a product you’re interested in, contact us for its testing status.
Can I return a product?
